(TUCSON, AZ) — With the start of 1999, came the beginning of a new and promising future for model/actress, Tricia Wilds. Tricia opened her official website, www.triciamodel.com on Easter Sunday. Tricia, a professional model, has done several magazines for Playboy, tv appearances, calendars, several promotions, catalog work and workshops for photographers, and is on her way to becoming a familiar face.
Tricia has learned the business of promoting, and promoting she indeed does well. Her success, awards and features online and from triciamodel.com opened a whole new avenue which she calls her Wilder World and can be encountered at www.LookingAtYou.com. Not only does she do her own webmistress work, she, up until now has been her own manager, promoter, and negotiator for assignments, some of which are national magazines. “I go out, attend castings, make contacts, negotiate and sign contracts, travel across the U.S. for assignments and then return home to work where I am endlessly promoting or attending castings for my next assignment. I feel I have an advantage over models in that past because the internet is the one of the best resources for communication today – I may only have a little piece of this world, but I am quickly making my mark in it and the fun has only just begun,” states Tricia after returning from a hectic schedule of traveling and is now preparing for her move out west to be closer to the LA market.

Even from the beginning of her modeling career which was only part-time, Tricia knew that her dreams and ambitions would take her far. “If someone does not like my look for a casting or job, I move on to the next one. There are too many possibilities out there to be easily discouraged. I guess at times I am a little over ambitious if there is such a thing, but so far it has only caused me more success, so I can’t complain.”
Ambition is what drives this 24 year old wild girl. After obtaining a degree in business management and a second
degree in business administration, she decided to use her management skills to follow her dreams and take a chance on those dreams to model full time, “Failure only comes when you give up on success”, she says. In just the seven months of this year, she has made some major accomplishments on her own including a Wellcraft Boats National Catalog, three calendars for 2001, several promotions, appearances on E! TV, and a pictorial in the july issue of Playboy’s Girlfriends. She has also made online appearances with Playboy.com and she will have an intimate encounter starting the weekend of July 28th on Playboy’s Rouze.com
This is just the beginning, with her move to the Western U.S., magazines are already on the prowl to get her in for castings and covers.
