(LOS ANGELES, CA) — The adult film actresses suing actor Charlie Sheen are now waging a legal battle to get him to admit having had sex and done drugs with them, according to legal filings in the case.

Porn stars Erin Sieman and Christina Lee Stramaglia accuse Sheen’s 300-pound bodyguard, Curtis “Zippy” Hunt, of beating them and their taxicab driver during an unannounced visit to the actor’s Malibu home July 26, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Even though they scaled the estate’s fence to get in, the women claim their past relationships with troubled movie-star Sheen made it clear that they weren’t merely “unwelcome intoxicated trespassers” — as the actor’s attorneys have claimed.

‘They were welcome to visit’

“Sieman and Stramaglia were sex partners of Sheen, and evidence of this is admissible to prove that they were welcome to visit Sheen without being attacked by Hunt,” writes their attorney, Jeffrey G. Huron, in new legal filings in the case.

Hunt told police that he caught the two women trespassing at the estate after they had been warned to stay away, then removed them.

Although the women claim that Hunt beat them without provocation — leaving Sieman with a broken nose and Stramaglia with back pain — the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to file criminal charges against him.

DA: They didn’t have permission

“It was pretty obvious from reports that the women went over the wall without permission,” Deputy District Attorney Martin Herscovitz told APBnews.com. After an alcohol-fueled scuffle, Hunt forced the women off the property.

Herscovitz said he opted not to file charges because there was insufficient evidence that Hunt attacked the women without being provoked or justified.

The women want to be compensated for medical costs, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of enjoyment of life, punitive damages and legal costs. They are suing for an unspecified sum greater than $50,000.

Attorneys battle on

Sieman and Stramaglia — who are known respectively in the adult film trade as Charlese L’Amour and Teri Starr — have appeared individually in numerous adult films and together in Hot Bods and Tail Pipe #4.

So far, Sheen’s attorneys have resisted Huron’s efforts to get their client to admit he had sex and used drugs with the two actresses. Sheen’s defense attorney, Steve Cochran, was out of the office today and did not return a call requesting comment.

But when the case was initially filed, Sheen’s attorney, Zia F. Modabber, dismissed it as “completely frivolous” and a spiteful response after the actor took out restraining orders against the women.

Past criminal record

Past sexual contact is just one of a knot of legal issues to be heard by Superior Court Judge Marilyn Hoffman on Nov. 23. Also at stake is whether Hunt will disclose a past criminal record that includes a felony federal conviction for distributing cocaine, according to Huron and U.S. Department of Justice records.

Hunt did not return an APBnews.com call to his workplace today requesting comment.

Another issue to be resolved at the pre-Thanksgiving hearing is whether Sheen’s lawyers will turn over documents from a prior legal action against Sheen by his ex-girlfriend, porn actress Brittany Ashland, who sued him for smashing her head on a stone floor at his home.

In June 1997, Sheen pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of battery with injury against his then-girlfriend, Ashland. But only Hunt is accused of assault in the current civil case. His probation for the battery charge is scheduled to end in June 2000. Meanwhile, he is prohibited from using drugs and alcohol, Herscovitz said.
