(VAN NUYS, CA) — Yesterday Max Hardcore moved one step closer to his day in court. Arguments will be delayed due to the illness of the prosecutor.

Preliminary hearings being held in Division 44 under Judge Michael Kellogg were delayed due to the illness of the prosecuting attorney Michelle Anderson. The hearing will reconvene today.

Max is being represented by First Amendment Attorney Jeffery Douglas. A more thorough report will be issued soon.
