Myles’ Weekend Adventures: Bonjour mon amis! Comment ca va? Myles Shaffer here. The XRCO’s have once again come and gone for another year, and everybody in attendance had a great time as always! Please read on to learn who won what.

XRCO Awards Show

Thursday, April 12, I stopped in at the Hollywood Highlands, on my way home from Rancho Cordova, to cover the XRCO Awards Show 2012.

The industry people who were in attendance included: Julia Ann, Brad Armstrong, Bridgette B, Chris Charming, Stormy Daniels, jessica drake, Leya Falcon, attorney Michael Fattorosi, the reigning Tommy Gunn, Rich Hansen, the owner and publisher of GlamorGirl Magazine, fellow industry writer, and jack-of-all-trades, Tod Hunter, Erika Icon, the owner of the Rub PR, Allie James, whom I met for the first time, finally, the legendary Ron Jeremy, Tessa Lane, Miles Long and his beautiful wife (she is not in the industry therefore, no name shall be mentioned), Mae Meyers, whom I also met for the first time, Tony Montana, my editor-in-chief Steve Nelson, Powder, Chanel Preston, Tee Reel, Tasha Reign, Emy Reyes, Lucky Starr, Cousin Stevie, Misty Stone, and the legendary couple Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk.

This year’s show was hosted by Kayden Kross and Dylan Ryder, and the “Heart-On Girls” were Cherie Deville and Allie James.

As usual, things were so fast-paced, I wasn’t able to jot down who presented what.

Okay, it is now time to list the winners.

This year, the XRCO Hall of Fame Awards, hosted by the industry historian, and legend in his own lifetime, Bill Margold, started the show. (Bill announced that the Hall of Fame Awards will be the first thing on the agenda from this year forward.)

Among the inductees who were able to be there, Luc Wylder – Director, was inducted by Alexandra Silk. Miles Long – Director, was inducted by Will Ryder/Jeff Mullen. Vince Vouyer – Actor, was inducted by Taylor Wane, and Julia Ann – Actress, was inducted by Lana Sands.

The inductees who couldn’t be there or have passed away were: Den – 5Th Estate, Jenna Haze – Actress, Jesse Jane – Actress, Rhonda Jo Petty – Film Pioneers, and Tristan Taormino – 5Th Estate.

Beating out Runaway – Vivid Video, Peepshow – Wicked Pictures, Babysitters 2 – Digital Playground, and, Dear Abby – New Sensations Romance, the Best release Award went to Lost & Found – New Sensations.

Portrait of a Call Girl – Elegant Angel was the winner of the Best Epic Award beating out Fighters – Digital Playground, Horizon – Wicked Pictures, Killer Bodies: The Awakening – Adam & Eve Pictures, and, Top Guns – Digital Playground.

For the Best Parody – Comedy category, the award went to Rocki Whore Picture Show – Wicked Pictures which won out over, Beverly Hillbillies – X Play/Adam & Eve Pictures, Bridesmaids XXX – Smash Pictures, the Flintstones: A XXX Parody – New Sensations, and, the Graduate XXX – Exile.

The Best Parody – Drama Award went to Taxi Driver – Pleasure Dynasty/Exile, winning over Rezervoir Doggs -Exquisite Films, Rocky XXX: A Parody Thriller ! – X-Play/Adam & Eve Pictures, Saturday Night Fever – Paradox / Exquisite, and, Star Trek: The Next Generation – Revolution X/New Sensations.

The Best Parody – Comic Book Award went to Spiderman XXX – Vivid Video winning out over Captain America – an Extreme Comixxx Parody – Exquisite, Justice League of Pornstar Superheroes – Exquisite, Katwoman XXX – Bluebird Films, and Superman XXX a Porn Parody – Vivid Video.

The Best 3D release Award was won by This Ain’t Ghostbusters XXX – Hustler beating out Cathouse 45 – Sins Factory/Vivid Films, Jailhouse Heat 3D – Digital Playground, This Ain’t Conan the Barbarian XXX – Hustler, and This Ain’t Dracula XXX – Hustler.

Asa Akira is Insatiable 2 – Elegant Angel took the Best Gonzo Movie Award winning over Dangerous Curves – Jules Jordan Video, Joanna Angel and James Deen’s Summer Vacation – Burning Angel/Vouyer Media, Raw 8 – Manuel Ferrara Productions/Evil Angel, and This is Why I’m Hot – Tom Byron Pictures/Evolution Erotica.

The Best Gonzo Series Award went to Big Wet Asses – Elegant Angel beating Ass Worship – Jules Jordan Video, Beach Patrol – Jules Jordan Video, Gangbanged – Elegant Angel, and Phat Bottom Girls – Manuel Ferrara Productions/Evil Angel.

The Best Girl/Girl Series was won by Women Seeking Women – Girlfriends Films, which bested Cherry – Jewelbox/Digital Playground, Lipstick Lesbo – Silver Sinema/Pure Play Media, Top Wet Girls – Clark Euro Angel Video/Evil Angel, and Seduced by a Real Lesbian – Lethal Hardcore.

POV Pervert – Mike John Productions/Jules Jordan Video won the Best POV Series besting Jack’s POV – Digital Playground, POV Punx – Burning Angel, Rocco’s POV – Rocco Siffredi Produzione/Evil Angel, and Street Blowjobs – Reality Kings/Pulse Distribution.

The Best Ethnic Series Award went to Lex the Impaler – Jules Jordan Video beating out Asian Massage Parlor – Tom Byron Pictures, 8Th Street Latinas – Reality Kings/Pulse Distribution, Porn’s Top Black Models – Elegant Angel, and MILFs Like it Black – Mofos/Brazzers.

The Best Director – Features Award went to Graham Travis who won over Robby D, Sam Hain, David Lord, and Eddie Powell.

The award for Best Director – Non-features went to William H who won over Mike Adriano, Jenna Haze, Jules Jordan, and Mason.

The Best Director – Parody Award was won by Axel Braun over Brad Armstrong, will Ryder, Lee Roy Myers, and Jim Powers.

This year’s Best Actress Award went to Jessie Andrews who won out over Nyomi Banxxx, Kagney Linn Karter, Kayden Kross, and Andy San Dimas. (That is quite a line-up!)

Anthony Rosano won the Best Actor Award over Xander Corvus, Tommy Pistol, Rocco Reed, and Evan Stone. (that is another great line-up if there ever was one!)

Asa Akira was the winner of the Female Performer of the Year Award winning out over Chanel Preston, Kristina Rose, Andy San Dimas, and Bobbi Starr.

The Male Performer of the Year Award went to Manuel Ferrara who won over James Deen, Rocco Reed, Anthony Rosano, and Evan Stone.

Jessie Andrews won the New Starlet Award over Lily Carter, Ash Hollywood, Bibi Jones, and Brooklyn Lee.

The New Stud Award was taken home by Giovanni Francesco who won over Brendon Miller, Richie, and Bruce Venture.

The Unsung Siren Award was won by India Summer over Vicki Chase, Sophie Dee, Victoria Lawson, and Bridgette B.

The Unsung Swordsman Award went to Mr. Pete in favor of Jordan Ash, Alec Knight, Ryan Madison, and Lee Stone.

The Cream Dream Award was won by Allie Haze who won out over Jessie Andrews, Lexi Belle, Jynx Maze, and Holly Michaels.

Asa Akira won the Superslut Award over Amy Brook, Dana DeArmond, Kristina Rose, and Bobbi Starr.

The Orgasmic Oralist Award was won by Brooklyn Lee beating out Asa Akira, Gracie Glam, Chanel Preston, and Sarah Vandella.

Bobbi Starr won this year’s Orgasmic Analist Award over Asa Akira, Joanna Angel, Dana DeArmond, and Kristina Rose.

India Summer was the winner of the MILF of the Year Award winning over Julia Ann, Lisa Ann, Tanya Tate, and Inari Vachs.

The winner of the Best Cumback Award over Darla Crane, Annie Cruz, Cytherea, and Candy Mason was Prince Yahshua.

Although it was not announced during the show for whatever reason, the Mainstream Adult Media Favorite Award went to Bree Olson who won out over Nikki Benz, Jesse Jane, Kayden Kross, and Riley Steele.

Okay, that will just about do it for this year. Hopefully, I’ll still be around to cover the XRCO Awards Show again in 2013, and I’ll be looking forward to it. Until then, everybody stay safe, have a great year, and live life as if there were no tomorrow!
