(TORONTO, ONTARIO) — Tattooed and Tight 3 Director Makes Cameo Appearance in Canadian Porn Comedy. Toronto-based production company – Topshaker Films – is set to release a new comedy (and first film) about porn director ”Calvin Delicious,” featuring legends of the adult film industry: Ron Jeremy, Peter North, Nina Hartley and Matt Zane.
The new full-length feature, ”Calvin’s Dream,” is a comedy that follows pornographic filmmaker Calvin MacIntosh (a.k.a Calvin Delicious) as he attempts to make ”The Gospel According to Calvin” (which he claims will be the world’s first art-house, Catholic, feminist, pornographic film). Featuring interviews with such porn legends as Ron Jeremy, Nina Hartley, Peter North and Matt Zane, ”Calvin’s Dream” is part American drama and part Spinal Tap!
Says Zane, ”I am always up for helping indie filmmakers because when I put down the porn director hat, that’s what I basically become as well – an indie musician.”
”I understand how much of a challenge it can be creating your vision,” adds Zane. ”Besides, I was able to play a very exaggerated version of myself in the Calvin’s Dream, which was a lot of fun. In real life, you would never hear me say anything I said for my scene!”
The premier of ”Calvin’s Dream” will take place next Friday, March 14, 2008, at the Bloor Cinema (506 Bloor Street West, Toronto,Ontario). There will be an additional showing on Saturday evening, March 15. Advance tickets can be purchased online at www.calvinsdream.com for $10.00, or $12.95 at the door.
The Matt Zane Pictures’ Tattooed and Tight 3 release will be available exclusively through Evolution Distribution (www.evolutiondist.com) this month.
