(MIAMI, FL) — Rick’s Cabaret International, Inc. (Nasdaq:Rick), the premier publicly traded operator of gentlemen’s clubs, will hold the first- ever Rick’s Cabaret Miami Due Diligence Ball for investors on Thursday, March 6, 2008 from 5 to 8 PM at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami Gardens.

Rick’s Cabaret completed its purchase of Tootsie’s Cabaret November 30, 2007 and the next day assumed management of the mega club that won the award for ”Best Adult Club of the Southeast” at the 2007 Exotic Dancer Awards Show. Tootsie’s was also named the Best Adult Club in Miami by New Times. Xcitement Magazine proclaimed that it ”Out Vegas’ Vegas.”
