(FT LAUDERDALE, FL) — Since December 2000, Adultstaffing.com has provided employers within the adult entertainment industry tools to find the talent they need for their projects. Over the past several months, an effort has been underway to enhance the software and provide even more tools for those looking for talent and those looking for work within the adult industry.

The first phase of that effort has been completed and the new features including a streamlined user interface are in place and will put the most up-to-date information on candidates in the hands of member employers.

Employers will no longer have to wade through candidate profiles that are outdated. We have implemented Candidate Profile expirations. Candidate profiles that have not been updated by the submitting candidate within the expiration timeframe will automatically expire. These expired Candidate Profiles will not be accessible to employers unless the candidate updates their information. We are initially setting the expiration limit at one year in order to give the Candidates currently in the system time to update their information. Over the next few months, that limit will be reduced to 90 days!

Another way we’re striving to improve the information in our system is to make sure we collect it to begin with. In the past, anyone seeking work could apply for open positions without having to register. Although many Candidates did in fact register, a large portion did not. We are also now requiring Candidates who wish to apply to open jobs to register and create their Candidate Profile. Since implementation, we’ve seen a 50% increase in the number of Candidate Registrations and Profile Submissions and the number increases every day.

Employers can now also see who has applied for their open positions directly from their Administration area and the email they receive notifying them that an applicant has applied now links directly to the applying Candidate’s Profile. In addition, Employers can now post their position to Multiple job categories, eliminating the need to post the same position multiple times.

With these new enhancements, and more to come, Adultstaffing.com remains at the forefront in providing Candidates and Employers the means to connect.
