(TORONTO, CANADA) — Toronto based software and marketing company, 121 Gaming Inc., (121gaming.com) claims it has received undue censorship, and has been prevented from marketing, advertising, and even putting out press releases related to the launch of its highly anticipated Live Nude Gambling platform. Partnering with a Costa Rica based online gaming provider, 121 became the first to market a patent pending interactive Live Nude Casino titled GrandNevada.com, and was recently launched without nearly the fan fair expected.
GrandNevada.com operates a legal and sustainable business from Costa Rica. Because all bets and wagers take place in an offshore jurisdiction where it is allowed to do so, 121 Gaming Inc. pushed forward with a marketing and media campaign designed to get America talking. However, the campaign was quickly quashed by a series of bizarre and unfounded policies as it was executed.
“We have been stonewalled with every attempt to inform America about our service offerings,” said Howard Mann, CEO of 121 Gaming Inc. “We can’t even put out a press release to announce our launch… I thought America had a First Amendment Right to read, to understand, and to formulate independent opinions on any newsworthy item, but it seems with or without merit, the media services are playing god.”

It seems the regulators feel that the combination of nudity and gambling is too much for America to handle,” Mann continued. “But like all other attempts to impose censorship on free people, we hope this will backlash, and America will enjoy the spoils of Live Nude Gaming like the rest of the world.”

Meanwhile, disgusting and degrading pornography, violent offenses, and acts of a criminal nature take place every day in America. It’s a good thing the US Government is focused on restricting what consenting Americans do with their free time.”
