(DALLAS – FORT WORTH, TX) — The 7-11 PM (Central) time slot will now be occupied by Ken Goldberg’s Law & Disorder. Ken takes over the weeknight shift after hosting a very popular weekend version of the show for the station for the last couple of years.

The show is slightly more topic-driven than your average FM Talk show. Having said that, it promises to never be dull or pompous. We will cover the important subjects in the day’s news, but these subjects can and will include Entertainment topics from the world of TV, Movies, Comedy, and Music.

Ken is a lawyer, has operated Adult nightclubs, bars, and was until recently an owner of the DFW Gun Range and Training Center (where he continues to teach classes in self defense and handgun safety for personal use and for law enforcement). He grew up in the mean streets of Chicago in the 60’s and has spent the last decade or so in Texas. In short, he is a dynamic personality who has lived a varied and exciting life making him the perfect person to anchor a show of this kind in a market like Dallas-Fort Worth.

It is my intention to book frequent guests and schedule features in the following categories:

Authors. Ken is a good interviewer and has an inquisitive nature that lends itself well to a variety of both Fiction and non-Fiction.

Newsmakers. Legal issues will always be an important part of the mix.

Celebrities. Ken and the rest of our crew are avid consumers of all manner of Entertainment and enjoy talking about many different genres from independent film to reality television.

Music. We have a very eclectic range of tastes… From Film scores to Hip-Hip and Pop. We will also play Jazz, Folk, and deep tracks from Classic artists. Where else are you going to get that on a Major Market Commercial FM station?

We also intend to tackle controversial subject matter like Gun Control and Drug De-Criminalization at the same time leaving room for fun topics like Comedy, Cartoons, and the occasional Comic Book or Video Game review.

Simply put, don’t be afraid to pitch me on anything. I obviously can’t book everything, but it just might surprise you what I will book.
