(ATLANTA, GA) — A party featuring live sex acts in the Buckhead area of Atlanta was busted late Saturday night. Club Zinc, on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, the same street that the Gold Club resided on, was raided by undercover officers who put 115 people in jail.

The party, which was advertised on a private Website featured a 16 year old girl performing a sex act on stage, as well as a 29 year old woman engaging in sex with multiple partners. The owners of the club, Richard Craven and David Havener are currently being charged with operating a business without a license, and serving alcohol with out the proper license.

The 115 people were made up of 45 women and 70 males. It took over 3 hours to secure the club and charge all present with disorderly conduct.

Famed Atlanta defense attorney Alan Begner, no stranger to first amendment and strip club cases, represents many of those involved and call all charges "outrageous." He said the authorities should be going after the owners of the club, the attendees did nothing wrong.
