(NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA) — The newly created UNITED ADULT COMMUNITY today announced their STRIKE BACK AGAINST TERRORISM BENEFIT will take place October 16, 2001 at Déjà Vu Showgirls in North Hollywood. The event, themed A NIGHT TO REMEMBER, will feature a multitude of Adult Stars performing on stage and out in the audience.
Adult Stars and Co-Organizers Serenity and Christi Lake will be the Mistresses of Ceremonies for this star studded event which will feature appearances by many of today’s most popular Adult performers. As word of this worthy benefit spread, the organizers have been swamped by phone calls from other Adult Stars willing to volunteer. Scheduled to appear, so far, are Amber Lynn, Janine, Juli Ashton, Devinn Lane, Felecia, Kylie Ireland, Lisa Ann, Brooke Hunter, Nikki Dial, Nicole Sheridan, Jessica Drake, Chloe, Jacklyn Lick and Jewel De’Nyle, with new names being added every day.
In addition to performing on stage, the Adult Stars will also be auctioning merchandise, movies and DVD’s donated to the cause from their personal collections and by many of the major Adult Film companies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to have a Polaroid photo taken of them with their favorite star.
"We invite everyone to join us in remembering those who gave their lives; honor those who have assisted in the massive task of rescuing the victims; and send a LOUD and PROUD salute to the men and women of our Armed Forces as they prepare to defend our country in the days ahead" said Serenity and Christi in a joint statement. "We couldn’t think of a better way to show our appreciation while also doing something to help than by doing what we do best – performing. We hope all the fans of the Adult Industry will come out for this extraordinary and worthy benefit. It truly will be a NIGHT TO REMEMBER!"
This special event takes place Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at Déjà vu Showgirls. The club is located at 7350 Coldwater Canyon Road in North Hollywood. Doors open at 6:00pm with the show running from 7:00pm until 11:30pm. There will be a $20.00 charge at the door. Come show your support for the victims of the September 11 tragedy.
