(LAS VEGAS, NV) — VIVA GAMING & RESORT de MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. (Viva Mexico), Viva Gaming & Resorts’ 64.3 percent-owned Mexican subsidiary, today confirmed its commitment to provide on-going financial and social assistance to local charities, the Catholic Church and other selected non-profit organizations in those communities where its Adult Entertainment Centers (AEC) will be located.

Viva Mexico expects each AEC location to employ between 75 to 110 people and attract approximately 1.75 million visitors annually. The spin-off effect is even more dramatic, as six additional outside jobs are projected for every one person employed by the company’s AEC.

The positive economic impact to the surrounding communities of each AEC approved location will be significant, given the potential creation of up to 700 direct/indirect new jobs.

Viva Mexico’s long-term marketing plans call for up to 10 AEC locations in large metropolitan areas throughout the country. The official opening of the company’s first publicly announced AEC location at Gransur Mall, Mexico City, is scheduled for June.

Viva Gaming & Resorts is a Las Vegas-based gaming development company, actively engaged in the business of operating, developing and acquiring gaming properties and related assets in niche markets worldwide.
