(VAN NUYS, CA) — The Los Angeles Times has filed a 30+ page motion with LA Superior Court on April 27th to "…to intervene…and for an ex parte order granting the Times prompt access to …exhibits that were used in the trial…" The Times, in their motion, uses arguments from former cases and states that the Court’s withholding of the names and records from the public is "Unconstitutional". Multiple exhibits were also submitted to the Court.

The Times, through there lawyers Davis Wright Tremaine, Kelli Sager, Alonzo Wickers, Jennifer Brockett, and Karlene Goller, then itemized all of the exhibits they want which were used in the trial which convicted Babydol on three counts of pimping putting her directly in jail on 1/2 million dollars bail where she remains. She is occupying the former cell of Susan McDougal in LA County Jail Twin Towers. The Times is most interested in having the little black book released to them and the public revealing the names of the "johns", which according to the LAPD… "contains the names of the most powerful men in industry, entertainment, politics, and sports internationally."

Babydol Gibson will appear and will be sentenced by Judge Lloyd M. Nash this Monday May 15th at LA Superior Court Van Nuys 8th Floor at 8:30 AM. She is facing three to nine years according to the District Attorney’s spokesperson.
