(NEW YORK, NY) — Beginning noon/ET today through March 27, visitors to Playboy.com‘s auction site (auctions.playboy.com/) will have the chance to walk away the new owner of Hef’s slippers. The slippers, signed by Hef himself, will be auctioned on the site, with the opening bid set at $200.

If these slippers could talk, well, let’s just say you’d be captivated for hours listening to stories about where they’ve been and what they’ve seen. This is one of 30 to 40 pairs of L.B. Evans slippers purchased for Hef at Neiman Marcus in 1992, which he’s worn almost exclusively around the Mansion ever since. Velvet uppers, leather soles, size 10, signed by Hef in silver paint pen. The slippers come in a custom-made display case with a suede presentation mat. A photo of the auction item will be available at auctions.playboy.com throughout the duration of the auction.
