(MONTREAL) — They posed for the shots naked but didn’t think anyone would ever see them.
But now the red-faced couple is seeking a court injunction after the photos appeared on advertising posters in erotic stores, on an Internet site and in a pornographic magazine.
The couple — he works for a multinational company and she is a day-care center manager — filed in Quebec Superior court Monday to stop the publication of the “personal” pictures and to get the photos back.
Last year, the pair visited the Montreal Love and Seduction Show and agreed to pose for a four-hour nude photo shoot ”within an absolute scope of confidentiality.”
A few months later, a representative of the photographer asked permission to use one of the negatives for a business card. The couple refused to make a decision before seeing the picture and never heard back from the photographer.
But last October the photo surfaced in two downtown Montreal erotic stores, a porno magazine and on the photographer’s personal Web site.
