The 2012 Adult Entertainment Expo (and AVN Awards) are fast approaching, January 18-21, which means it’s time to book interview spots with Girlfriends Films’ principals and starlets.
Signing and conducting interviews at the Girlfriends Films booth are contract stars Prinzzess and India Summer, as well as Jelena Jensen, Dana DeArmond, Elexis Monroe, Veronica Avluv, Magdalene St. Michaels, and Brandi Love. Also available to media are GFF principals Dan O’Connell and Moose.

2011 was an amazing year for Girlfriends Films, which included record sales, two new and acclaimed series, notable industry accolades, the release of its 300th title, two distribution deals, the launch of its first membership site plus a foray into publishing. With these accomplishments already in the bag, the world’s leading lesbian studio is positioned to advance generously in 2012. This January at AEE, Girlfriends Films celebrates its 10-year anniversary and the studio has plenty of surprises for its fans.
Girlfriends Films recently published its first book – Lesbian Sex Positions – and will immediately embark on a full year of promotions extending beyond traditional markets.
The success of its 2012 wall calendar has Girlfriends Films designing 2 collectable calendars for 2013. Additional exciting plans for the new year include original, new series, more episodes of the acclaimed GFFMembers.com talk shows “The Vault” and “The Kinky & Creepy Show,” the launch of a lucrative affiliate program, distribution of additional producers (based on the success of movies by Juicy Pink Box & Tammy Sands), a second membership website, and development of a novelty patent.
Girlfriends Films will also continue its renowned monthly charity program, as well as working side by side with the Free Speech Coalition to protect the industry’s rights.
2011 saw Girlfriends Films rise to become one of the elite adult studios. In 2012, Girlfriends Films will continue its lead by example, operating under the direction of XBIZ’s Man of the Year, Dan O’Connell, with both ethics and passion.
Girlfriends Films is the most nominated lesbian studio for the 2012 AVN Awards. Topping its outstanding total the previous year, the renowned studio is nominated 25 times for the January award show. Critically acclaimed, bestselling series “Budapest,” “Girls in White 2011,” “Pin-Up Girls,” “Please Make Me Lesbian,” and “Women Seeking Women” are all nominated for Best All-Girl Series, a category Girlfriends Films took home the previous 4 years.
Films and series under Girlfriends Films’ distribution deal with Juicy Pink Box earned 7 nominations, while the distribution deal with photographer Tammy Sands earned 2 nominations. Representative of Girlfriends Films elite year is a nomination for Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Company Image.
