AVN Media Network is proud to announce that Vivid Entertainment co-chairman Steve Hirsch will be the recipient of the first-ever Visionary Award at the 2012 AVN Awards.
This special award was created to recognize and honor a leader in adult entertainment who has propelled innovation and taken his company and the business as a whole to new heights. Hirsch will be accepting his Visionary Award in-person at the AVN Awards.
Dave Attell Returns to Host 2012 AVN Awards
Its official, comedian Dave Attell has been named the host of the 2012 AVN Awards. “I am so happy to be back hosting the AVN Awards,” Attell said. “It’s gonna be a wild show!”
Known as a comics comic, Attell currently hosts his own late-night cable series, Dave’s Old Porn, which he describes as a Mystery Science Theater 3000-style send-up/celebration of adult cinema from the Golden Age era of the late ’70s and early ’80s.
