After a myriad of successors to Clive failed the series, Erica McLean, formerly a makeup artist in the adult entertainment world, began helming the ”Barely Legal” series in 2005 and single handedly brought it back to its peak, making it once again the most popular series in its genre. With the stylish epic ”Hardcore Circus XXX,” Erica McLean raised the bar for herself by directing her first feature.
