The plot of Interrogated is simple, a young woman (Sahyre) has information the Inquisitor (M.R. Stewart) wants. After being captured or abducted (we don’t know exactly because it is not shown) she finds herself a captive in a dungeon/jail setting. While the Inquisitor questions her, the Henchman applies the pressure, so to speak. There’s lots of choking (breath play) and slapping. In what passes for a brief storyline, Sahyre is apparently working for unnamed companies and stealing information vital to the corporate world.
The bondage is of the classic Irving Klaw/Bette Page type which means it predates the modern BDSM era. For most part, lingerie with garter belt and exposed upper body (bra remains in place) is about as daring as this film gets until the closing minutes which feature as much nudity as the narrative is willing to give up. For porn fans who relish the completely naked girl suffering under duress, this film will be disappointing. Sahyre’s bra is sacrificed as the film closes in an eye-pleasing suspension scene, but she never loses her panties until her back is to the camera.
During her ordeal, the Detainee is stuffed with various types of gags which produce lots of drool. Under questioning, she responds with as much sassiness as she can mumble, dropping a bunch of F-bombs along the way. For variety, there’s OTK spanking and a form of mummification featuring Sahrye wrapped in trash bags later cut off with scissors. The Inquisitor verbally abuses her with “slutty little body,” “filthy girl, and “bad girl,” to which she responds with never ending profanity.
As referenced above, the final scene is the enjoyable if the viewer’s BDSM tastes run toward suspension and flogging. At least the Detainee is stripped of her bra for a handful of frontal blows before being turned around for repeated strikes on her naked fanny. The scene is far too brief, though Sahyre’s reaction to the punishment is intense enough to turn on the best of sadists out there.
The film’s highlights are the dungeon setting and the musical score. The jail cell is a nice touch and well-employed as a place for roughing up the captive, and a hot little prisoner she is. If you don’t know, Sahyre is a New York City girl who refers to herself as “a feisty Latina” on twitter and a “Puerto Rican spit fire” on her Model Mayhem page. No argument from here, she is certainly easy on the eyes.
On the down side, the movie’s pace is slow at times and too repetitive. Much of the shooting time is spent on close-ups of Sahyre’s face and her saliva flow at the expense of her body which pushes the film in the direction of mainstream, not necessarily a bad thing but it does minimize its claim to be porn.
Interrogated is not of the Kink.com genre, preferring instead the pulp magazine flavor of decades ago. Fetish, particularly BDSM, has various levels of intensity and for fans of classic bondage in which a struggling girl is the turn-on, the film is recommended. If the viewer’s interest runs in a rough S & M direction with nudity and penetrative sex, the production will seem tame.
By the way, Interrogated ends with “To Be Continued” so it looks as if the Detainee’s ordeal is far from over.
