Myles’ Weekend Adventures: Bonjour mon amis! Comment ca va? Myles Shaffer here. This time around, we will go from a couple of local rock bands to a well known adult film star and talent agent who just happens to also feature dance. Please read on to see what I am talking about.
Feral Vinca
On the evening of Friday, December 12Th, I drove out to the San Fernando Valley and landed at Weber’s Place, in Reseda. I went there to hear Dave and Lisa Sloane’s rock band, Feral Vinca, play. (Lisa also works as a make up artist in both the adult entertainment and the mainstream entertainment worlds.)
Dave and Lisa had invited me to come hear them play several times, but they are usually playing on weekends when I have too many features to see to do anything else.
I had gone to see them play once before, but not knowing that they were just one of several bands playing, I arrived fashionably late and just missed their performance.
This time, I was again late, but thanks to the Lakers game, I was still in time to hear their entire set. I suppose this is one time I owe a sports type bar a big thank you!
The band members are: Sloane on lead vocals (Apparently, Lisa uses her last name whenever she is singing with the band.), Dave on lead guitar, Eddie on rhythm guitar, Jason on bass guitar, and Manny on drums. Feral Vinca turned out to be quite good. Even though I am not normally a fan of today’s version of rock music, I very much enjoyed finally being able to hear my friends play. I especially enjoyed Lisa’s singing. She has a great voice. She is also a lot of fun to joke and flirt with! Oops! Sorry about that Dave. (I am joking, of course, or am I?)
A good number of the songs the band played were originals they wrote themselves.

And, if anybody might get a chance to go somewhere and here Feral Vinca perform, do so. It will be fun. (They even had a local exotic dancer they know get up on stage and do a very sexy dance during their final song! No, she couldn’t take anything off, but it was still fun to watch.)
Ms Led
Feral Vinca was followed by a group called, ”Ms Led.” Ms Led is an all girl tribute to Led Zeppelin, and they looked good, especially the lead singer. She is the cutest young woman with light purple hair I’ve ever seen!
Even though I spoke with the lead singer of Ms Led for a moment after their set had ended, I really didn’t have much time; therefore, I didn’t manage to get any information about the band such as the band members names, etc.
If any of the readers like Led Zeppelin music, they might want to go see these ladies play if ever given the opportunity.
Shy Love
Even though at least one more band was coming in, I left Weber’s Place in order to get to the North Hollywood Blue Zebra Cabaret in time to catch Shy Love’s last show of the evening and to say hello and get a few hugs.
For her final show of the evening, Shy wore a black nurse’s style cap with a black cross in the middle of a red ball that was located in the middle of the front of the cap. (Try reading that out loud without pausing to take a breath!) Shy also wore a black latex, short-sleeved, mini-dress that came a bit closer to being a long jacket than a short dress. The mini-dress had a red ball with a black cross in the middle of it over the left breast. The dress was trimmed with narrow lines of red. Beneath the dress, Shy wore a red and black bra and thong panties set. For footwear, Shy wore a pair of mid-thigh length, black, high-heeled, platform-soled, boots.
Shy performed this show to, ”This Love,” by Pantera, ”Tainted Love,” by Marilyn Manson, and, ”Feuer Frei,” by the German rock band, Rammstein.
Shy Love always commits great interaction with the denizens of the tip rail whenever she can. (I do personally believe that, even when she is dancing in a locale that is rather strict in what the dancers can do in the way of customer interaction, Shy has a tendency to bend the rules just a bit.)
I still didn’t think to ask Shy about her physical statistics, so once again, I will have to go with what I found on the Internet a while back. According to what I saw, Shy stands five feet, five inches tall and measures 36C-24-34. She also has dark hair and dark eyes. (Shy is a very sexy and exotic looking Hispanic beauty.)
Shy Love is one hot lady! She is also quite smart, a good conversationalist, very friendly, and she enjoys meeting and chatting with her fans.
I do recommend that everybody should get out to a nearby club to see Shy perform and to meet her in person given the opportunity. I don’t see how anybody could possibly ever be disappointed that they did.

After saying goodnight to Shy, I went home to get some rest, and to start preparing for my trip to New Orleans. (New Orleans, in my opinion, is a great place to spend Christmas week, or any other week of the year for that matter!)
