With premiums beginning at $65 per month (for those aged between 19 to 29), everyone is invited to preview the plan and apply at the PAW office (4523 Van Nuys Blvd. Suite 205 in Sherman Oaks).
The complete details and the opportunity to apply online (via the PAW computer), will be available at the PAW office on Tuesday March 9th, and Greg Zeboray will personally be there between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm to answer all your questions and assist you in the online application process… no appointments are necessary – just stop by!
