(SEYMOUR, IN) — The Indiana State Police have released information about a case of road rage involving a naked man allegedly chasing a female motorist in his car.
Authorities say a 22-year-old woman was pulled over Friday after being clocked at 83-miles an hour. The woman claims a man in a car just behind her was chasing her while driving naked and performing a sex act. So when troopers pulled the male motorist over, they confirmed he was naked.
He’s identified as 24-year-old Timothy Hutchins. He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, intimidation, speeding, and driving without a seatbelt. The female driver was released without being cited for speeding.
