(AURORA, OH) — “Geauga Lake” and “pornography.” Those words may never have been used in the same sentence. But now, thanks to an enterprising person or people in Russia, the words are linked, literally, on the Internet.
The name of the former Geauga Lake Web site is registered to Bolshoy Golovin of Moscow. Bolshoy Golovin is a street in the Russian capital. The only name on the domain name registration is “The Hostmaster” and a fax number is all that’s listed.
The owner could not be reached for comment.
The site was registered to the Moscow host Feb. 22 and has the domain name for a year.
That domain name used to be the address for information about the regional theme park that was renamed Six Flags Ohio last year and was renamed Six Flags Worlds of Adventure this year after the park purchased Sea World of Ohio.
Now, when you open the page, you find a hyperlink, and when you click on that, it takes you to a page with links to various porn sites and services.
