AFI Cal/OSHA Meeting Update: The ”Bloodborne Pathogens in the Adult Film Industry Cal/OSHA Advisory Meeting” will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, 10 a.m. To 3:30 p.m. It’s time to rally the Family of X against those who don’t understand that ”Force is a Very Unhealthy Practice.”
AFI Cal/OSHA meeting update: The Cal/OSHA advisory committee meeting regarding changes to the Bloodborne Pathogen Standard for the adult film industry is coming up at the end of this month.
Deborah Gold, the lead contact at Cal/OSHA on this issue, has let us know that people attending can prepare a short written statement that will be attached to the meeting minutes, and if it goes to the rule making process, these attached statements will be part of this process.
There will be no recording at the meeting but minutes will be taken and posted online.
If you are out of town and would like to submit a statement, Deborah would ideally like it one week prior to the meeting. Her email is DGold@dir.CA.gov
A preliminary agenda is below. The website for this event has event details and links to relevant documents, www.dir.CA.gov/dosh/DoshReg/5193Meetings.htm
Hope to see you there!
