CapitalBucks Affiliates,
We are working to comply with the new 2257 laws which go into effect on Thursday June 23rd 2005.
As you know, the FSC has filed a TRO (temporary restraining order). We are awaiting the outcome before we can finish our compliancy. In the meantime we will need all of our affiliates to temporarily pull any CapitalBucks banners and galleries down in order to comply with the new 2257 regulations.
Please replace the banners with text links. If you need help with text links, email us and we will be glad to help you create them. We will be providing our affiliates with fully complaint marketing materials which will be available shortly.
CapitalBucks and Untitled Media, Inc. Will not be held responsible for any non-compliant marketing materials our affiliates did not remove. We will keep you posted as soon as more information is available to us. Let’s hope the FSC succeeds!
