(NORFOLK, VA) — Known by many as "Woody", Ken Heitkemper has announced His departure from KSEXradio.com. Heitkemper had been with the Internet based "adult talk" radio station since it’s inception, and was solely responsible for generating advertising revenues for the company.
Heitkemper worked as General Sales and Marketing Manager with two different owners, and cited irreconcilable differences with the current owner as his reason for leaving the Dot COM Company.
When questioned about the circumstances surrounding the controversy, Heitkemper stated that he had been advised by counsel not to perform any further work for the company, currently owned by Porn Entrepreneur Mike Rick of Cyber-Synergism, until a contract was executed between the parties. Says Heitkemper: "I received this advice due to Rick’s refusal to provide a written contract for services." When pressed for this agreement in writing, Rick suggested to Heitkemper that his services were no longer needed. It was at that time Heitkemper’s attorney suggested he protect his financial interests and leave the struggling company.
