(LOS ANGELES, CA) — WebZotic Inc. completed negotiations with MoMo Systems Inc at the Internext show in Las Vegas, NV on the 6th.
WebZotic Inc. will purchase the company and all of it assets for $2.5 million dollars. MoMo systems consists of 33 100% Japanese only web sites. MoMo Systems has been in operation sense January of 1996 with anual revenues of over $1 million dollars.

WebZotic Inc. will be merging these sites into it’s growing number of Asian paysites over the next few months, and will be offering for the first time a 50/50 partnership with all of the MoMo Systems sites.
