Paulsfantasy.com is not a normal porn site, it is a very personal one created by a man who has loved porn since age 11 both as a user and a creator. I’m Paul Johnson and back when we were all outlaws I played an important part in the history of porn as the photographer whose work ignited this whole porn explosion. I was the best selling magazine photographer during the Golden Age and the first to do point of view porn [POV].

Much of the finest porn of the era is hiding in my files to be brought out with the stories behind them. I’m starting with never before seen material featuring my good friend and assistant Juliet Anderson [aka Aunt Peg] at her peak followed by her protege, the young Nina Hartley at the beginning of her career. And then others: Annette Haven, Serena, Seka, … and many not so well known. I had moved to the Bay area whereas the only mag photographer I had a different stable of models, including stars in their early days, than my competitors down south.

I learned the ropes as a Jaybird photographer as we pushed the limits of what could be published. When the time was right I was told to find the models and shoot what was the first hardcore material sold in US adult bookstores.

After returning to freelancing I created the Connoisseur Series, the first high quality, all color, single topic “modern” magazine for Ruben Sturman. Later I created Let’S Pretend, a mag series to showcase my own adventures as a porn model. I used POV augmented by my assistant, often Juliet, shooting angles I couldn’t, I did fill-ins that way. I really got into my work. My blog will contain history from ’67 to ’85, starting with how that 1st porn was born.

So come visit and see what I’m about at www.paulsfantasy.com.
