Note: This will be a shuttle transportation event for the approved media. Credentialling and gathering area will be :
Paul Revere Jr. High School Sunset & 1450 Allenford-Brentwood Please arrive by 6:30 PM. Shuttles will depart at 7:00PM.
Note: Cocktail Party and after dinner party closed to press. Electronic media will be set up on stanchions in rear of concert seating area. No filming of performances and tributes.
No arrivals or red carpet.
However the finale with the President, Mrs. Clinton, Stan Lee, Cynthia Gershman and the stars will be allowed to be filmed. Please fax name, title, ss# and date of Birth for Secret Service and credentialling.
