I am certain that all of you have read about the recent arrest of a child porn ring:
CNN.com/2004/Law/01/15/c…s.AP/index.html XBiz.com/articles/index.php?article_idp=1016 AVNOnline.com/issues/200401/newsarchive/news_011604_1.shtml
Although ASACP is not mentioned in the CNN story, ASACP has been sending the FBI reports on pedoworld (in its various forms) since 2000 and detailed reports which implicated regpay.com since February 15, 2003 *with the last one being on Jan 11, 2004.
On May 28th, Tim Henning from ASACP sent the FBI-LA a report on regpay.com that included the US phone number for customer service, the URL of the Contact page and the exact billing link.
In fact, ASACP alerted the FBI-LA to how pedoworld was using a Hotmail address to obtain customers and direct them to payment methods.
ASACP recently identified the Florida billing company that seems to have replaced regpay.com as the preferred billing company for child pornography memberships and forwarded that information to the FBI.
It feels good knowing that ASACP and the adult site industry have contributed to these arrests!
It is only through the support of our Sponsors, Members and the industry that ASACP is able to perform this service and help the adult site industry make a difference in the battle against child pornography. Thank you for your ongoing support!
Warm regards,
Joan
