(ATLANTA GA) — Atlanta city workers at the Englewood Water Treatment Plant in southeast Atlanta have been questioned about a birthday party with a singing telegram stripper that took place on January 23.

Atlanta City Attorney Rosalind Rubens Newell, the lead investigator for Mayor Shirley Franklin is keeping mum about the case so far. All Newell has said so far is no disciplinary action has been taken against any employee so far, and the person celebrating the birthday may not even be a city employee.

It is still trying to be detrmined if the woman from the telegram company removed any clothing, although some employees off the record say clothing was removed, and the person celebrating the birthday was "surprised".
