(SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Less than two months after the re-launch of Sex.com, following the return of the lucrative domain name to rightful owner Gary Kremen, a reward of up to $50,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of wanted ex-felon Stephen Michael Cohen, the man responsible for illegally cybersquatting the domain since 1994. Terms and conditions for the reward have been set up by the legal team of Sex.com at reward.sex.com.

Failing to appear for numerous court dates earlier this year, it is commonly believed that Cohen has fled the country following an arrest warrant issued by a California federal court, and a judge’s decision to award Kremen $65 million in damages. Sex.com is pulling out all of the stops to see to it that justice is served, and is making a plea to the general public regardless of what their views may be on the adult Internet. "The reward money doesn’t discriminate," says Kremen. "I want to see to it that this doesn’t happen to anyone again. I’ll gladly pay out anyone per the legal terms and conditions, if it means putting the man who stole millions from me behind bars once and for all."

Some of the more specific terms of the reward include an actual arrest of Stephen Michael Cohen by officials of the United States, meaning that Cohen is "apprehended and taken into custody, either voluntarily or involuntarily, by officials of the United States, regardless of whether or not he/she is subsequently released, pursuant to the arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California." An arrest by foreign authorities will not suffice. Furthermore, the reward money of up to $50,000 will be awarded in U.S. currency at the discretion of Kremen’s attorneys. Specific terms of eligibility to the reward are spelled out in more detail on the web site at reward.sex.com. The rules and conditions related to this offer may be amended from time to time, and all such amendments will be updated on the site regularly.

Adds Daron Babin, head of Houston-based Kaos Marketing, responsible for redesigning and growing the Sex.com website, "Gary is very serious about seeing justice prevail in the capture of Cohen. He was wronged for close to seven years and is well aware of the fact that he will probably never see a significant portion of the money awarded him by a judge back in March. It’s all about principle at this point."

Under Kremen’s leadership and Babin’s management, Sex.com has evolved into a law-abiding, lifestyle-oriented website. The site will eventually feature a plethora of sexually-related matters and materials, including sex education. Sex.com is also pioneering industry efforts to establish better working relationships with mainstream companies and to keep minors out of adult-oriented websites.
