(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Attendees at the upcoming Eurowebtainment conference will learn more about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and its work on behalf of the online adult entertainment industry, thanks to the event’s sponsors.
According to its promoters, Eurowebtainment is Europe’s leading business-to-business trade event for interactive entertainment companies operating in the Internet, telecommunications and Sat/Web-TV markets. Eurowebtainment features seminars, speeches and presentations, along with networking opportunities and special events. The 19th Eurowebtainment takes place from May 18 – 21 in the hotel Melia de Mar in Majorca, Spain.
“Eurowebtainment is known as the most important business event of its kind in Europe and we are pleased to help represent ASACP at this event,” stated a Eurowebtainment rep. “Key players meet in a professional environment to exchange business ideas, while networking takes place in a relaxing atmosphere, with interesting presentations and parties enhancing this popular event.”
Included in its support, Eurowebtainment will promote ASACP on its website, in its show guide, and via flyers in the show’s attendee gift bags.
“Eurowebtainment has a long tradition of supporting ASACP, for which we are grateful,” stated ASACP Interim Director Tim Henning. “Understanding that ASACP is a nonprofit organization with a limited budget which prevents it from attending every conference, Eurowebtainment and its backers have consistently volunteered to represent ASACP at these important events.”
“For ASACP, Eurowebtainment is a vital component of our international outreach initiative, as its audience is composed of the industry leaders and decision makers that can benefit most from the association’s services,” Henning added. “Creating awareness of ASACP and its mission in European markets is key to our efforts, as is spreading the adoption of the Restricted to Adults (RTA) meta label, as the need for online child-protection heeds no borders.”
In addition to its English-language offerings, the ASACP website, www.ASACP.org, is available in French, German and Spanish versions, in order to reach the broadest possible audience.
Companies interested in learning about the many ways in which they can support ASACP in its mission to keep children out of and away from adult entertainment, should contact Henning at tim@ASACP.org.
