This is Nick, Devon James’ husband. Devon James has re-filed her paternity case against Tiger Woods in Manatee County, Florida as she has retained new counsel Kallan C. Eslich, Esq. to help her with her case. It was filed today September 22nd. 2010.
Also worth noting she has filed a lawsuit against DD Management Group aka Gina Rodriguez, her former manager, for [allegedly] stealing over 5000 dollars and not honoring her contract by divulging personal information to Devon James’ parents and ex-husband. She is being represented by same attorney in this matter.
Gina has [allegedly] stolen over five thousand [dollars] and personal items from Devon and no-showed Devon’s first court date with Tiger Woods, when she was suppose to fly to Florida with legal counsel and skipped out last minute!
