”I just returned from attending the Family Online Safety Institute European Conference in Spain,” said Irvine. ”The topic of conversation was how Law Enforcement, online industries, and Government can work together to achieve online child protection by addressing what can be done to prevent global positioning systems from being used negatively against children. The other major topic of concern was how parental control filtering systems can work with mobile apps. I was able to share that ASACP Technology and Forensic Research Director Tim Henning has created a task force to address the issue of mobile apps.”
