(LOS ANGELES, CA) — The pioneer Gay adult website, Badpuppy (www.badpuppy.com) has taken on the task of getting the word out about the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) to both the adult industry and their consumer reach, by promoting ASACP and all of their efforts, across a multitude of their internet properties.
”After speaking with ASACP CEO Joan Irvine at the Phoenix Forum, we decided that we wanted to do all that we could, above and beyond a company or member sponsorship, in which to show support for ASACP,” stated Lisa Turner, long time Marketing / Advertising / Affiliate Manager for Badpuppy. ”Their mission is so very important in not only protecting the children, but protecting our rights in the industry and the consumer rights to enjoy the adult content they rightfully enjoy.”
Turner added, ”We decided that between the Webmaster traffic and Consumer traffic that Badpuppy has immediate access to, that we could promote them, their cause, and valiant efforts to all who visit the sites that we own. We do this in hopes of educating webmasters who may not be familiar with ASACP and what it means to support them, as well as sharing that same education with the consumers who frequent our sites, showing them what their support and donations can accomplish.
Badpuppy would like to take this opportunity to request that everyone in the adult industry show their support for ASACP, in one capacity or another; by donations, membership, sponsorship and/or by educating webmasters and consumer traffic, as to just who ASACP is and what they and their continued efforts mean to all of the Adult Industry, whether they own a website or not.”
”Even small donations can help ASACP to run its child pornography reporting hotline and provide the Restricted to Adults – RTA Website Label which protects children from being exposed to age-inappropriate material while protecting the rights to enjoy adult entertainment,” stated ASACP CEO Joan Irvine.
Irvine added, ”As with other companies, today’s economy is having a negative impact on contributions to ASACP. So we’ve been looking for additional revenue sources, but because ASACP is mainly funded by the adult industry, the sources are limited. Companies/people are always asking what they can do to help support the ASACP child protection mission, in addition to becoming a sponsor or member. But few have taken it to heart as Lisa Turner at Badpuppy. Badpuppy has created a comprehensive program that uses almost every one of their properties to spread the word about the ASACP’s child protection effort, educate their webmasters, and request contribution from their members. ASACP is incredibly grateful to Badpuppy for their support.”
This is just the beginning, as Badpuppy plans on looking at other creative ways to market ASACP and their RTA website label.
