(PHOENIX, AZ) — I just received this news. At 12:45am on Saturday Feb 14, my manager on duty at the club (Mother Hen) received a very special Valentine from the City of Phoenix hand delivered by police officers.
It was a citation alleging that on Jan 24, 2004 at 10:37 pm, one of our dancers allowed her nude breasts to cum in contact with a customers clothed chest and genitals, that her nude buttocks came in contact with a customers clothed genitals, and that her knee came in contact with the clothed genitals of a customer. The citation further states that the manager on duty did nothing to prevent this illegal activity… The club has ten days to request a hearing.
The above information was issues by Stevi Secret. Further information Stevi would like known is that fans and customers should not worry. They pride themselves with a legal establishment and take great pains to obey the law. The club will continue giving Phoenix the great LEGAL fun you have come to expect.
In a conversation this afternoon Stevi Secret said, “This is a typical example of the Phoenix government harassing free speech businesses. We have a sherif on the rampage and a city government out of control! They’ve been arresting [people at] swinger’s clubs and strip clubs – it’s an election year and they’re pandering to the conservative crowd. I’ve been in this type of business a long time and I’ve dealt with similar situations in the past. Don’t worry, come in to the club and have a good time!”
The dancer who was involved with the alleged incident is known to be one of the more conservative dancers named Shug. With that, and other events that night happening at the same time, there seems to be more to the story than has yet been revealed.
Stevi also indicated the DJ [referred to here as “The DJ”] had a unique perspective on the events leading up to the citing. Here is some of what went on in his own words:
“This is the DJ. I was there that night. After dinner [and a hard day of work], I get tired. I fell asleep in the back, while Mom did the DJ. I got woke up by Mom yelling “Security!” I got up and saw Mike close to blows with heavy set, built stocky guy. We don’t have trouble, but this guy was problems. I yelled at him. Get Out or I’ll Call the Fucking Cops the guy and Mike, headed out. I went back got my shoes went in the store. No Mike, no customer.
“In the parking lot, Mike was dukin’ it out with the guy! Holy Shit, I ran outside yelled again I Told you To Get the Fuck Out of Here or I’ll Call the Fucking Cops! Mike and him stopped fighting the guy left. I watched him down the street.
“Back in the store, I asked Mike what happened. Mike goes into this long story about the guy threatening to rape the girls, smash windows, burn down the building Then he crossed the line and started calling Mike some “colorful” names. (Mike is Black.)
“Later that night, the guy comes back with a baseball bat looking for Mike but he was gone home. This all happened around 10-10:30. I took the DJ while Mom iced Mike’s hand. Somewhere right around when they said the violation happened Mom retook the DJ.
“This means when we had the problem with this dangerous fuck, the Cops were there! They didn’t do shit to stop it. This guy was out of control and they did nuthin! They just sat there. Ten minutes later they are writing up Shug and Mom. I’m pissed, man! Fuckin’ Cops!”
Shug, the dancer cited, plead not guilty to the charge. More on this story as it unfolds.
