Leg Action March 2004! The newest edition of Swank’s Leg Action (March 2004) is now on the stands. In this one, I take you to the Las Vegas Stripper convention. There’s some great shots (along with the story) of me and the likes of Devon Michaels, Echo Valley, Texas Barbie Benton plus a huge banner pic of none other than Ron Jeremy licking my feet! Arizona Swing House Available!
I have a business associate that is losing a house in a great location in Paradise Valley. It is about 4,600 sq.ft. two stories and completely walled for privacy. It is on one acre with the rear 1/2 acre completely bare, could park about 50 cars behind the wall. It would make a great swingers palace. I know a couple who swing who would love to run it. She is a little fox and he is a chef.
Are there any people out there interested in looking into this? Very little down and 25% equity to start off with. I don’t have the time to get into something like this by myself but will entertain working with a group to make it happen.
