Skindustry events for July: Vertical Pole Showdown 3 & 4! July will be a busy month for Skindustry as we will be presenting two Vertical Pole Showdowns!
1) VERTICAL POLE SHOWDOWN 3

During this motorcycle fund raising event for breast cancer research, Skindustry will be presenting a modified version of it’s Vertical Pole Showdown. This installment of VPS will only be for the Elite Division – those pole artists and aerialists who have advanced pole experience, previous pole competition experience, and/or pole competition titles. This division will compete for cash, titles, gift packages provided by our sponsors, and a seat in the Vertical Pole Showdown US Open.
Proceeds from Breast Fest 2012 will benefit the Save The Ta Ta’s organization and help them to promote breast cancer research.
2) VERTICAL POLE SHOWDOWN 4

Competition Starts: 7:30 pm
VPS4 is being held during the Grand Opening Weekend of Secrets World Class Cabaret and hosted by Tony Batman of A! Entertainment. Both the Expert and Elite Divisions will be competing this time. There will be a guest performance by 2009 IDPFA Pole Fitness Champion Amanda “Shadow” Duffy who will also be one of the judges for the event.
For those not familiar with this competition, the VPS is open to any female pole artist regardless of their experience level and ensures each competitor will be assessed against a pool of talented pole artists with similar experience levels. The two levels of competition are:
The Expert Division – for those artists who are new to pole fitness, pole dance or pole competitions. This division is perfect for pole instructors, students or enthusiasts to showcase their talents, and will prepare the artist for advancement to the Elite Division, and beyond.
The Elite Division – for those artists who have advanced pole experience, previous pole competition experience, and/or pole competition titles. This division is intended for advanced pole artists and aerialists, and will showcase the dedication, perseverance and passion required to reach the elite level of this sport.
Both divisions will compete for cash, titles, and gift packages provided by our sponsors. Plus, the winners of the Elite Division will earn a seat in the Vertical Pole Championship later on this year.
