(NEW YORK, NY) — Erotic film-maker Candida Royalle will begin production on her newest feature for Femme Productions, tentatively titled Stud Hunting. Unlike most erotic films that are produced in the San Fernando Valley, Femme Productions has been cast and will shoot the entire film in New York.
“I am very proud to be a part of this amazing city, and this is a great opportunity to show that New York is as strong as ever. Even sexually!” says Ms. Royalle. “Sexual enthusiasts and striving actors and actresses from New York and its surrounding areas have been invited to our casting call, and the response has been incredible.” All principle shooting for this film is being done in New York City. Ms. Royalle has handpicked all new, never before ogled male actors, cast entirely in New York City.
Certain well-known adult stars from Southern California will be making the trip to the East Coast for this special production. Says Ms. Royalle “We are flying in the beautiful Ava Vincent and the lovely Alexandra Silk to star in this spoof on erotic film-making, based loosely on a character like myself!” the story is about a woman filmmaker (played by Alexandra Silk) who is determined to make the ‘quintessential erotic film’, and flies in from Los Angeles with her glamorous film star (played by Ava Vincent) to audition and find the perfect new “stud”.
“This film was inspired by an audition I held at Oxygen Studios in October of last year for a piece about myself that will air on Oxygen in July.” the talented Candice Bergen interviewed Ms. Royalle for the piece to air on the Oxygen network. This is Royalle’s first production since completing the shooting of Eyes of Desire four years ago, which was well received by critics from adult and mainstream publications.
