Just a short note to thank everyone for their patients. We have been very busy here at my2257 Management(tm) since the 23rd of June 2005.

After reviewing the responses from the Department of Justice and Free Speech Coalition meeting of June 23rd 2005, we decided to make same drastic changes and improvements to my2257 Management(tm). We have now separated the two versions of my2257 into separate products.

The Webmasters version has now become my2257 Management while the producer’s version is becoming myDSM(tm) (my Digital Studio Manager). These programs are separate programs running independent of each other.

my2257 Management now allows for the input of data required by 18 USC 2257 along with additional information we believe to be vital to complete record keeping.

my2257 Management comes packaged with a copy of our new my2257 Custodian Systems. my2257 Custodian is a separate application that produces screens and reports that adhere to the six pieces of information allowed in 18 USC 2257 section 75.2(a) for compliance.

We have copied the Section and bold highlighted the six required items:

Sec. 75.2 Maintenance of records.

(a) any producer of any book, magazine, periodical, film, videotape, digitally- or computer-manipulated image, digital image, picture, or other matter that contains a depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct that is produced in whole or in part with materials that have been mailed or shipped in interstate or foreign commerce, or is shipped or transported or is intended for shipment or transportation in interstate or foreign commerce and that contains one or more visual depictions of an actual human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct made after July 3, 1995 shall, for each performer portrayed in such visual depiction, create and maintain records containing the following:

(1) the legal name and date of birth of each performer, obtained by the producer’s examination of a picture identification card. For any performer portrayed in such a depiction made after July 3, 1995, the records shall also include a legible copy of the identification document examined and, if that document does not contain a recent and

recognizable picture of the performer, a legible copy of a picture identification card. For any performer portrayed in such a depiction after June 23, 2005, the records shall include

(i) a copy of the depiction, and

(ii) Where the depiction is published on an Internet computer site or service, a copy of any URL associated with the depiction or, if no URL is associated with the depiction, another uniquely identifying reference associated with the location of the depiction on the Internet.

(2) any name, other than each performer’s legal name, ever used by the performer, including the performer’s maiden name, alias, nickname, stage name, or professional name. For any performer portrayed in such a depiction made after July 3, 1995, such names shall be indexed by the title or identifying number of the book, magazine, film, videotape, digitally- or computer-manipulated image, digital image, picture, URL, or other matter. Producers may rely in good faith on representations by performers regarding accuracy of the names, other than legal names, used by performers.

The seventh piece of information required is the Performer Data Intake Form.

Although we agree there is other vital information needed to complete your record keeping Section 75.2(a) clearly states these are the only acceptable fields for compliance.

Data entry into my2257 Management allows for input of additional data that will not be reported in my2257 Custodian.

This information includes:

Model Sex

Model release(s)

Additional Identifications

IRS W9 Tax Forms

Content Producer

Date of Creation

Date of Publication

Country of Production

Additionally, my2257 Management now comes with our Patent Pending Content Look Up System as well as our new Compliancy Check System that scans you data entry and produces reports showing what are missing in your data entry and the section of 18 USC 2257 that this missing data pertains too.

Many new features have been added as well as the ability to catalog video content into the database as "A copy of the depiction". We are looking forward to the launch of the Website at my2257.com in the next few days as well as InterNext in Hollywood Florida August 5th – 7th. We will be located in booth 417.

I will be back in Los Angeles Wednesday and Thursday the 20th and 21st of July and have some appointment times still available if your company would like a personal demonstration.

Please feel free to call me toll free at (877) 969-2257 if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

David Slaughter
