(TARZANA, CA) — Daydream Production Company has signed Dave Pounder to a one year exclusive hardcore performance contract. “Dave was out of the office too much doing shoots for other companies, so we decided to bump his salary and retain him as an exclusive performer,” said Ken, president of Daydream.
Pounder doesn’t mind being restricted to performing for Daydream. “I never really liked doing scenes that much away,” said Pounder. “This works out well because instead of having to drive myself around town to various shoots, the girls now come directly to me.” Pounder continued, “It’s nice because I make more money, I don’t have to pay for my tests anymore, and I can pretty much hand pick who I work with – it’s a hard proposition to turn down.”
The deal allows Pounder to continue releasing hardcore titles under his own Dave Pounder Productions label, and he is still available to work for other companies on softcore and mainstream related projects.
Earlier this year Pounder was hired by Daydream as Director of Production for the company.
