General Summary:
The Marketing Assistant supports the team with the maintenance and growth our affiliate based marketing network. The position also assists with data mining, reports compilation. Also supports marketing efforts, which include but are not limited to networking with and tracking affiliates, monitoring ad campaigns, and tracking the productivity of all marketing efforts. He/she is also responsible for establishing and maintaining long term relationships with current and future partners in our marketing network. We are a small team and job responsibilities change quickly and often. The Marketing Assistant must be able to cope with a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Generation of daily/weekly/monthly reports Network with affiliates to help optimize and expand online marketing efforts. Follow up with advertising campaigns, marketing pushes, and trafficking to track and evaluate success. Respond to requests for information, questions and complaints about our marketing program VividCash.com. Assist with the coordination and implementation of online marketing strategies and promotions.
Education/ Experience:
Reasonable understanding of general internet online and affiliate. Must have experience with Windows, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer. Knowledge of Excel and using formulas, charts, macros, and importing/exporting data favored. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, WS Ftp, Netscape, and Note Pad. Reasonable understanding of online credit card processing and fraud control preferred. Strong organization skills
Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, medical, paid vacation, 401K and more.
