(CHATSWORTH, CA) — Elegant Angel Productions has announced a new directing/editing policy which will coincide with their new, higher level of quality control standards. Beginning late this fall, all Elegant Angel movies will be edited by the directors themselves. Patrick Collins believes that it will bring a higher level of quality to all of the lines.

"I want the director to be able to get his or her entire feeling across to the consumer." said Collins. "Each director currently working with Elegant Angel is an artist, and from start to finish, there is an idea that each of them are trying to convey. I want that vision to be as pure as possible. This policy will go a long way in accomplishing that. Collins sees editing as vital and feels confident that letting his directors edit their own films makes for a happier customer and director.

Mason, (perhaps the most talked about female director in the industry) has been editing longer than she has been directing. She has directed and edited both "Lady Fellatio…in the Doghouse" and Mason’s Dirty "Trixxx" as well as the upcoming "Lady Fellatio…..Desperately Seeking Semen". The review that follows in Collin’s opinion directly relates to her involvement in every facet of the production from beginning to end: From PT at XXXMovieReview.com on Mason’s Dirty Trixxx: "I liked Mason’s camera work and the editing was outstanding. The special effects never get in the way of the sex and add to the eroticism." Mason says that it would be impossible to translate her vision to someone else. "I edit in my mind while I am shooting, and it would be almost impossible to convey to someone else what I am seeing as the end result. I feel that it would be a total disservice to my audience if I did not take this from beginning to end".

Axel Braun, director of the recently released "Gigolo: A Love Story", just finished shooting and editing "The Bachelorette", both features for Elegant Angel, and is also an outstanding editor. Braun, too, has always worked as an editor, so he enjoys not only directing, editing, and writing his own films, but enjoys composing the music as well.

From Braun: "Imagining a story, writing a script, building a situation and giving life to what was once only an idea, a fantasy, a dream…that’s my reward. I cannot compromise. I need to know that I did All I Could Possibly Do to make it the best. I am very demanding, and it wouldn’t be fair to put myself in a position where I could blame somebody else for a mistake. Filmmaking is a continuous learning experience, but at least if I fuck up I only have myself to blame, and I can learn from it. I write the scripts, shoot camera, edit and compose the music to all of my movies, and I couldn’t do it any other way."

Tony Ribas, director of the "Hardcore Innocence" series as well as the recent hit "Exxxplosion", has been in Los Angeles on business from Spain and has announced that he too will edit his own films. He has all of the equipment at home and after hearing Collins’ reasons was really excited to return to Spain and get started. Tony says, "For me it’s the best. I have wanted to do this for a long time anyway, and now that this is what Patrick wants from his directors it gives me the little push that I needed to get started."

William H., another new director at Elegant Angel who is currently working in tandem with Mason on "Internally Yours 3" as well as another movie called "Family Affairs", will be editing as well as shooting camera. William H.’s vision is one that is uniquely his own, and will be brought to life as he and Mason share their twisted ideas in the editing bay.

With this talented roster of directors now at the company, and the new policy that allows them to create their vision from beginning to end, you are sure to see even higher quality movies that you’ve come to expect from Elegant Angel.
