(Los Angeles, CA) — Los Angeles / San Francisco / New York / Australia / New Zealand, January 2002 – in what is being called in some circles as "The Clash of the Titans", Internet giant, Excalibur Entertainment and Talking Blue Television, have come together as one, to form a new venture in adult programming.
Talking Blue TV show producer, Dave Michaels, "It has been a long time coming, but we have decided to get together with an Internet site with the same goals and ideas as ours."
Talking Blue Television, (www.talkingblue.com) the adult entertainment news program, will make it’s highly anticipate premier of new episodes coming this March. The hugely popular adult news program is going on its 8th year of programming and will now work exclusively with Excalibur Entertainment.
Excalibur Entertainment (www.excaliburfilms.com) owns one of the largest adult Internet e-commerce sites on the Net. Voted "The best mail order site" on Rame Adult Movie FAQ, the site has now gone into producing original content for it’s site. It has previously worked with the creators of Talking Blue on the hugely successful daily streaming show, "The Daily Nude News" as well as other video productions. It now will take over the helm of producing the Talking Blue TV series for Internet as well as broadcast television.
With access to 4 state of the art edit facilities as well as 2 studios, the Talking Blue TV crew will have an even larger presence this year in the adult media. Michaels said, "With our background in mainstream Hollywood productions, myself just finishing some post production work on Vanilla Sky with Tom Cruise and, John Douglas, the show’s other field producer, finishing work on the DVD supplemental work for Universal’s "13 Ghosts", we hope to have more time now to do the Talking Blue show, since it was sort of a side project for so long, but grew into such a popular television show with the fans and talent alike."
Producer Michaels, "We are very glad to be working with such a great company. We are also working closely together on coming up with some great ideas of new, original content for their site as well as making the TV show take off in even larger markets this new year. Excalibur also has a first look deal at some new adult series that are being made through our new production company, P.a. Productions. We discovered this new director, "The Wraith," who shoots models from Playboy magazine who want to cross over to adult films. He has already shot some scenes with a model from their College Girls special issue and is working with a couple of others that have appeared in their Voluptuous Vixens and British Babes magazines. Some awesome new talent that most haven’t ever seen on video."
The Talking Blue TV team had some run in with the TV censors this past year on Aldelphia Cable, "But, after some meetings with the cable management, it looks like we can air a softer "Pg" rated version on those markets, while still playing the fan favorite harder version on AT&T cable in Los Angeles, City Vision Cable in San Francisco, Staten Island cable and Manhattan Cable in New York. Also, the chaps down under on Night Moves cable are looking forward to a new year of broadcasting Talking Blue for it’s adult market," said Michaels.
The Talking Blue TV crew will be at this year’s Adult Expo in Las Vegas, and will be interviewing all the starlets and companies looking for promotion.
