(CHATSWORTH, CA) — As of 11/09/2001, all disputed issues pertaining to the ownership, (between Dion Giarrusso and Patrick Collins), of Volcanic Productions, Volcanic Entertainment, and all its other associated businesses, which arose after Giarrusso’s departure from Elegant Angel on September 17, 2001), have been amicably resolved between said parties.
It is with this resolution, (to which both parties have amicably agreed), that Mr. Collins offers his congratulations to Mr. Giarrusso on his departure from Patrick Collins Inc. as well as his new venture into the business of video manufacturing. Mr. Collins hopes that Mr. Giarrusso will succeed with his new business, associates, and all he endeavors in, both in his personal and private life.
