(NEW YORK, NY) — Directrix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DRCX), announced that it has signed and closed an agreement with Yaga, Inc., providers of the first complete peer-to-peer digital goods distribution, transaction, and subscription network, that will establish a partnership between the two companies. As per terms of the agreement, Directrix will provide and encode adult video content that will then be distributed on the Yaga Digital Marketplace. Paid subscribers to the Network will be able to download and view thousands of hours of adult entertainment using Windows Media.

"Directrix is very excited about extending its relationship with Yaga," said Donald J. McDonald, President of Directrix. "Combining our companies’ strengths – Directrix’ digital video expertise and premium adult video content with Yaga’s innovative and reliable peer-to-peer network – will create a unique Internet experience."

From its East Coast operations center in Northvale, NJ, Directrix currently provides Internet encoding services for short student films that are featured on Hollywood.com and distributed by Yaga. In addition to its East Coast Operations, Directrix is currently in the process of building and operating a 109,000 square foot teleport, master control, and soundstage complex in Los Angeles. When complete, Directrix will provide digital video asset management services, network origination and production services, studio facilities and personnel, production and post-production offices and commercial space with Playboy being the anchor tenant. Yaga is the first subscription-based, peer-to-peer content delivery network to integrate web-based content search, embedded digital rights management, transaction, micro-payment, split-payment, affiliate and royalty accounting capabilities — providing content owners, affiliates, and network members a complete engine for getting paid for their efforts and content. Yaga provides consumers a safe, secure, and anonymous way to search for, purchase and receive premium, high-quality content.

"Yaga’s Digital Marketplace provides companies and independent content producers with an easy and effective channel for distributing their digital goods online," says John Hingley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "By creating an open online marketplace, Yaga makes it easy for content owners like Directrix to connect directly with an audience eager to purchase premium content and also makes it easy for users to locate and purchase the digital goods they want."
