(HOLLYWOOD, CA) – The news media, collaborators and friends of Jill Kelly Productions and Shayla [LaVeaux] Productions gathered at a posh Hollywood club for the official announcement of the joint venture & exclusive contract of the two companies.
Shayla LaVeaux is now exclusive under Jill Kelly Productions, and all Shayla LaVeaux Productions’ titles will be distributed exclusively by JK Distribution and seen exclusively on The Erotic Networks.
Ken Boenish, president of The Erotic Networks, the subscription and pay TV subsidiary of New Frontier Media, Inc. [NOOF Nasdaq-SCM], is very pleased with the venture and the growth they have been experiencing. Starting in October of 1998 they have grown to include six pay per view channels, an Internet division with well-known names on board like iGallery, and they bring on-demand adult entertainment to over 28 million households daily by cable and Internet.
Jill Kelly and Shayla LaVeaux made the announcement with Ken Boenish, Bob Friedland (chairman and founder of JKP), Haven and Tabitha Stevens. Some of the other celebrities and behind the scenes personalities of the Adult Industry who attended were Alexandra Silk, Luc Wylder, Brian Gross of BSG Public Relations, Jennifer Gross and Heather McAvoy of People’s Revolution, Tod Hunter from AVN, Ron Jeremy, Keri Windsor, Kim Chambers and Scott Styles to name a few.
