(LOS ANGELES, CA) — Veteran adult industry sales executive David Peskin has been named National Sales Manager for Vivid Entertainment Group and will represent the company to the trade at Pulse Distribution, LLC.
Vivid’s National Sales Manager David Peskin photo courtesy of www.vivid.com Mr. Peskin, who joined Vivid as a sales representative in early 2003, succeeds Howard Levine, who shifts his responsibilities to the ClubJenna label, which is distributed by Pulse under a Vivid/ClubJenna agreement.
“David Peskin is an industry insider who has great forward-looking enthusiasm and vision,” said Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch. “He has built many strong bonds on behalf of Vivid and is respected by everyone in the industry.”
A one-time high school baseball star in Los Angeles, Mr. Peskin started his career in the adult industry about 12 years ago as a sales representative. Earlier he had been in the fashion industry, where he worked for major labels and owned his own contemporary sportswear company.
“My goal with Vivid is to stay ahead of the curve in representing the company to the retail marketplace on every level and on every platform,” Mr. Peskin said. “I will be working to maximize Vivid’s industry leadership as the highest quality producer and the most advanced technological provider with innovations such as Blu-ray and Hd-DVD.
