We are pleased to announce that Randy Limbeck, an expert on the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), will be giving a special presentation at Expo 2013 addressing all of the pertinent questions about ACA as they relate to adult club owners.
We would like to ask your help to spread the word about this unique seminar to the Ace members and other club owners in your state. Attached is a two-page PDF article about Mr. Limbeck’s presentation that we hope you will forward to other club owners. (the article is also attached as a Word Doc in case you can post it on your website or include it in your newsletter).
Mr. Limbeck says his seminar on the ACA-as it specifically relates to adult nightclub owners-will address every pertinent issue and answer virtually every reasonable question related to this very complicated issue. His areas of concentration will include:
-How to determine how many full-time employees you have. -How to determine whether or not an entertainer may be considered a full-time employee by government standards, as it relates to the ACA. -What actions must you take to become ACA-compliant by 2014. -What the penalties and sanctions may be for non-compliance. -Alternative strategies for dealing with the ACA, including willful non-compliance (weighing potential sanctions and fines versus compliance).
